Taco Tuesday

An event to educate clients diagnosed with diabetes on healthy living and eating that will help manage symptoms of diabetes. 

 

Participates were given the chance to watch tacos be prepared with diabetic friendly ingredients. Participates were also able to eat and take home a copy of the recipe. In addition, they were given a basket full of diabetic snacks, materials, and a gift card to Aldi’s in an effort to purchase food items.
